I've tried a lot of AI and meeting tools. Jump crushes them all and saves me 5–15 hours per week. If you're an advisor, try it. No, they didn't ask me to post this.

Jump AI: This is my favorite thing I’ve seen so far. AI note-taking to save advisors and clients time before and after meetings is the most obvious killer app for our industry.”

Feel free to compare features above, but generally, Ramping is for newer advisors who don't do too many meetings. Core is best for solo advisors and advisor teams with a consistent meeting cycle with clients. Scale is best for teams with aggressive growth goals and a desire to improve visibility and analytics across meetings.
During the first 90 days, you can make any adjustments to your plan you'd like. After 90 days, you can upgrade your plan at any time, but downgrades are only allowed at the end of your billing cycle.
Yes, although you can cancel at any time during the first 90 days. Jump's annual commitment allows for either annual or monthly payments.
If you're signing up a large team and would like to talk about discounts, then please contact us—we'd love to talk through your use case.
Jump is free to try for five meetings. At the end of the five meetings, you'll still be able to log in to Jump and view your notes and other outputs, but you won't be able to capture more meetings until you sign up for a paid plan.
There are not usage limits on the Core, Scale, and Enterprise plans. The Ramping plan is limited to 60 AI outputs per month. And of course, the free trial is limited; free trials can process up to five meetings.
(Note that you only need to think about this if you are on the Ramping plan, since other plans are not limited by AI outputs.) An AI output is something Jump produces with AI on your behalf. Right now, meeting notes, task lists, recap emails, analytics, and pre-meeting prep are counted as outputs. You can choose which of these outputs you'd like to produce for each meeting in your automation settings.
A Full seat is a seat that can capture meetings and produce its own AI outputs. It's what advisors would typically use for their own seats. A Lite seat allows for other users on the account to help process captured meetings and generated outputs. Lite seats can't capture meetings or generate outputs through automations. Lite seats are often used for operations teams, assistants, or other team members who need to help inside of Jump.
