At this time, Zoom is the only meeting platform approved by LPL for integration with Jump. While efforts are underway to enable Microsoft Teams, Zoom remains the only approved tool for now.
To integrate Zoom with Jump, you can use the basic Zoom license that is provided to all Prudential Advisors (limited to 40-minute meetings) or upgrade to a Prudential Zoom Professional license ($20 per month charged back to your firms cost center).
