This month’s product updates are all about making prep and follow-up easier.

From scoring meetings with customizable templates to exporting notes, syncing Redtail tasks, and tailoring what goes into your pre-meeting prep, this update gives you more control, more clarity, and more time back.

Here’s what’s new this month...

Pre‑Meeting Prep Filters (Beta)

Choose exactly which CRM data Jump uses and what it skips when creating your prep.

What you can do:
Set a whitelist or blacklist for any object type (Cases, Notes, Tasks, etc.).
Add field‑level rules like status = open, title contains "Important", or last 5 records.

Example: “Include only Notes titled ‘Important’ and any open Tasks.”

How to get started:
Filters are in early release and need manual setup from Jump. So, send Support the rules you’d like, and we’ll open a customization request.

If the default prep works for you, no changes are needed. Jump will keep using the standard object set until you say otherwise.

Pre‑Meeting Prep Sources

With Pre‑Meeting Prep Sources, Jump tags each fact in your prep with a “source pill.” Click the pill to open the exact CRM record or Jump meeting that was used as context for Pre-Meeting Prep.

What you get:
Inline source pills on Pre-Meeting Prep. Hover for quick context (CRM object, or meeting name and date) and click to launch to the source.
Visibility for advisors. No more guess‑and‑check to find where something came from, just follow the pill.

The feature will be live for all accounts starting this month.

Blended Field Merge

You can now keep long running client notes up to date, without deleting what you already have.

When an Update Record automation targets a multi‑line text field (Contact, Note, Event, etc.), Jump now offers a Blend option. We take what’s in your CRM, mix in the new insights from the latest meeting, and show you the result before you hit Sync.


Perfect for “living” notes—retirement plans, employment history, insurance details, and more.

No more copy‑paste or accidental overwrites.

One click to preview the blended text, then save.

To use it: add or open an Update Record automation, pick a text field, and choose Blend in the drop‑down.

Redtail Activity Templates

Inside the Sync tasks to Redtail drawer you’ll now see a Template dropdown. You can now apply any of your Redtail Activity Templates to the Jump-generated tasks.

Jump identifies an Activity should be created, you choose which template to apply.

Easily use parts of the Jump generated tasks as well as your Redtail template.

No more retyping or juggling two windows.

How to try it:
Connect Redtail, open any task in the Sync drawer, choose a template from the Template dropdown, review, and confirm.

Meeting Ownership + Add Attendees

You can now hand off meeting ownership to another Jump user in your account after a meeting is done.

What’s new:
Reassign ownership – If a user was an unintended meeting owner, that meeting owner can transfer ownership to the intended user, while still being able to access the notes, email, and tasks. The new meeting owner can then reprocess the meeting to see the meeting outputs with their own automations applied.


Add attendees – Not seeing someone? Add them to the attendee list after the meeting ends to keep your attendee list accurate!

Export Pre-Meeting Prep & Meeting Notes

You can now download both Pre‑Meeting Prep and Meeting Notes straight out of Jump!

Scorecards

Scorecards let you grade any meeting against the criteria that matter most to your firm.

Start with Jump’s out‑of‑the‑box templates (Prospect Meeting, Client Review, and more) or build your own. You can attach different scorecards to different meeting categories, pick the questions you care about (discovery depth, next‑step clarity, handling of market concerns, etc.), and Jump will help evaluate the criteria you choose.

Key details:
Who gets it: Available only to customers on the Scale plan. During this pilot we’re switching it on for a small set of Scale accounts while we fine‑tune the experience.


Roles and rights: Account owners create and assign scorecards. Meeting owners can view the results.


What’s live now: Individual meeting scores based on the criteria you chose.
What’s coming next: Aggregate analytics that roll up scores across all advisors so you can spot coaching opportunities and celebrate best practices.
