Smarter pre-meeting prep, deeper analytics, and new integrations
We’re rolling out some powerful updates to make Jump even more seamless and efficient for you. From organizing past meetings with People (Beta) to unlocking deeper insights with Enterprise/Team Analytics, these new features are designed to save you time and boost productivity.
Product updates
People (Beta)

We’re thrilled to introduce People, a new way to organize your past meetings in Jump and generate pre-meeting prep on demand. People is currently in beta and won’t be activated for your account unless you request it. Once the beta phase ends, we’ll enable it for all users.
What’s included?
- Past Meetings: Quickly view past meetings in Jump involving that person.
- Pre-meeting Prep: Generate pre-meeting prep for that person whenever, without needing a meeting on the calendar.
- Linking Participants to Jump People: When Jump doesn’t recognize a person in your meeting, you can link them to a Jump Person so that meeting appears on their detail page.

By consolidating People information, you’ll spend less time hunting for details and more time focusing on what matters most: delivering an exceptional client experience.
Enterprise/Team Analytics

Now available to Account Owners on our Scale plan, Enterprise/Team Analytics dashboard designed for enterprise and team-level insights. Easily track meeting volumes, signups, CRM usage, and more—all in one place. Gauge user adoption, measure time saved, and drill down into key metrics like “Meetings Held” and “Action Items Created.” Whether you’re a large firm or a growing team, these dashboards give you the clarity you need to make data-driven decisions.
User Configuration Profiles
Now, Account Owners can control their team's workflows with User Configuration Profiles. Create and assign profiles that determine everything from note templates to automation rules – standardizing your Jump experience across the entire organization. Toggle whether automations are set at the account level or user level, ensure consistent formatting, and lock down (or allow) individual user customizations.

Teams Cloud Capture (Beta)

Need a quick, compliant way to capture your Microsoft Teams calls and bring them into Jump? With Teams Cloud Capture, you can now authorize Jump to connect seamlessly with Teams’ native meeting capture features instead of sending a Jump Notetaker bot to the call.
This feature is in beta and must be turned on by our support team. If you’d like to enable Teams Cloud Capture, please reach out to our support team to include on your account.
Improved Global Search

We’ve revamped Jump’s Global Search to help you find what you need faster. Now, you can easily distinguish between People and Meetings with clear categories and enhanced search results.
Zoom in-client App

With our Zoom In-Client App, you can manage your notetaker—invite, remove, pause, or resume capture—right inside Zoom.
- Seamless Integration: Authorize Jump in Zoom to keep everything in one place.
- Same Great Controls:All the Jump functionality you love, now within the Zoom desktop client.
- Easy Setup: Enable “Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join” in Zoom and reconnect Jump.
- Desktop Only:Zoom’s web client doesn’t yet support in-client apps.
Improved Navigation Breadcrumbs

Easily track your location in Jump with our refined breadcrumb trail.
New Integrations

Our new HubSpot integration lets you:
- Sync Jump meeting notes to HubSpot contacts
- Convert Jump follow-up tasks into HubSpot tasks
- Pull in HubSpot data for enhanced pre-meeting prep
Note: To enable this integration, your HubSpot user must have specific permissions. If you don’t have them, please contact your organization’s HubSpot Admin. Learn more here
Our new Dynamics integration lets you:

- Sync Jump meeting notes to Contacts, Accounts, or Appointments
- Convert Jump follow-up tasks into Dynamics tasks
- Pull in Dynamics data for enhanced pre-meeting prep

Out-of-the-Box Integrations for Practifi, XLR8, and Financial Services Cloud
No more manual configuration or mapping hassle. We now offer ready-to-go integrations tailored for these Salesforce overlays—pulling in custom objects, fields, and recommended sync settings automatically. Whether you’re creating a “Critical Note” in XLR8 or an “Interaction Summary” in Financial Services Cloud, setting up Jump is now simpler than ever!
And a few more things...
- Pre-Meeting Prep—No CRM Required
Now, you can generate pre-meeting prep even if you don’t have a CRM integration. As long as you have past meetings in Jump, we’ll provide the context you need to prepare for your next meeting. - Assign Tasks to Queues/Groups in Salesforce
We’ve made task assignment more flexible by letting you sync Jump tasks directly to Salesforce queues or groups! - Self-serve delete integrations
No need to wait on support! You can now disconnect integrations directly in the Jump web app, giving you full control.
